Update

Recently I have been feeling a little bit overwhelmed with all of the things that I have going on in my life, involving school and home. involving school I am feeling overwhelmed because I have two pretty big projects going on this week. One of those projects is in world history with Mr. Sheridan. The class was told to make a scrapbook on the chapter, this is worth 110 points and you can get up to 10 points extra credit. We did a scrapbook last term, and I under estimated the difficulty and time it would take to make. Now, the second school related project that is making me feel overwhelmed, is the 20 square cartoon thing in creative writing. Knowing me I will put way too much effort into this project.
The main thing making my home life a bit overwhelming is the need for a job. My parents made me apply at two places of my choice over the weekend; one of my choices was target and the other… I have not yet decided. After school every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I like to workout for about an hour and a half to two hours. I am not quite sure what my job hours would be but, how am I going to have time to work, do homework, AND workout? Over the summer sounds almost even busier, to add on to the one job I would like to have a second job. I am also going to be in two or three hockey camps all summer and an ACT prep class. So let’s add this all up:
2(Job) + 2(Hockey) + (ACT prep) + (Workout)(3 days/week) + (Spend time with family) = (Busy Summer)2

  1. I had to smile, Shawn...I am a huge workout person and I have had an adjustment this quarter with work and a new baby! It's tough to find time for everything, but once you find your job you'll see things just fall into place. I've been able to make time for my workouts and little Peyton. I used to like to workout in the early morning so I would have my afternoons free, but now I don't have a choice but to workout in the afternoon. Instead of being frustrated about it, you just have to roll with it!

  3. Yeah what I do is mix in molten iron with my pancakes that way my muscles get strong without much work (tastes good too), I am currently unemployed but will drop you this hint that most employers look for. Its simple, just make sure that you have showered before an interview and don't put your finger in ear or nose during the questioning, alright good luck bro!
